1. A quote from PAYPAL will be reply to you as soon as we received it.

2. Get ready to pay us through PAYPAL with your debit or credit card.

When we get mail from you, we will tell you our stock condition.We will ship you the products EMS (Express Mail Service).Freight charge depends on the destination and the weight of the shipment.
Please ask us how much shipping will cost.Time in transit depends on the destination. Delays due to the payment processing are not
responsibility of ImperialRC. You may check or call or local post office to track your shipment with the tracking number we have emailed to you.We cannot ship hazardous products such as the fuel and aerosols, etc.

When you received the quote please make the payment within 3 days as stock might be limited.
Please provide your complete mailing address and contact number for delivery purposes only.
Items will be send out from Singapore immediately when we received your payment and address details. (Within courier working days)
If you received a defect item you must contact me on the same day you received in order to cover any defective part of the car. (Replacement on faulty parts only)
We will do an exchange only if the item is totally defective.
Buyers pay for all return shipping and handling fees even if the item has been defective.
I shall not be responsible for delivery of goods to any wrong mailing address given.
